Characters can wear any equipment intended for characters
There is no class system and thus most likely no restriction. It is possible that you need a certain skill (level) to put on some pieces of equipment. However, there is nothing to indicate this at the moment. It is only mentioned that equipment with missing skills is of little or no use.

From the published screenshots it can be seen that equipped rings, bracelets, necklaces etc. are visible on the character.

In the current Friends & Family Alpha, equipment is (still) available as loot from PvE enemies/bosses. However, the plan is to let them drop the resources to craft the equipment.

Countries, regions, territories and other places
Dungeons are not instantiated
This means that you can also enter dungeons at will (depending on the enemies that are there, of course) and also use them as a setting for RP. To what extent enemies respawn in a dungeon is not yet known, only that resources respawn with certain parameters (e.g. periodically).

Teleport system for fast travel
There will be a kind of teleport system for faster travel. However, this system will also be subject to certain restrictions in terms of logistics and transport of goods.

Each player has a plot of land
In Pax Dei, each player will have one plot. The current plan is that it will really only be one plot per player.

Plots of land are round. If adjacent plots are connected, then the area between the plots also becomes buildable.

Facility in buildings can be used
Some facilities will be usable, as Mainframe wants to support the RP aspect of Pax Dei. Thus it can be assumed that seating and lounging facilities will work. Lights can be activated/lit and extinguished.

It can be built on water
Buildings can at least be constructed on (shallow) water and on banks. Thus it is also possible to build small bridges, for example.

Multi-storey buildings are possible
It will be possible to build large, multi-storey buildings. A physics system will prevent the construction of buildings that are too high or obscure (unstable).

Roads and paths
There are prefabricated roads and paths to simplify/accelerate travel in Pax Dei. Currently there is no system that allows players to build their own roads.
