As I wrote in my intro:
Quote
I enjoy social roleplaying like intrigues and place-oriented stuff like running an inn or some shady business down in a basement. My philosophy is to help create atmosphere where people feel allowed to participate no matter if they appear once a week or hang around like an evil mother-in-law all their online time.
While I am by no means an hardcore-ingame-chat roleplayer any longer I tend to keep things in character if there is RP happening just to help create said atmosphere. I dislike powergaming (roleplaying just slaughtering everything without any other players consent) and other destructive behaviors unless they are previously agreed upon OOC and fills a purpose in a plot / story.
I tend to shy away a little from the "lol, m8, can I buy 4 axes from u plz, got gold"-kind of stuff, but I also realize that everyone need to start somewhere and I'd rather give someone a platform to learn and develop their RP than to shut someone out because they lack experience.
EDIT 1: I also enjoy creating looks and feels for guillds / clans that make them visually separable from each other and if I play a crook I tend to try to at least dress as one while I RP.
